MIKROTRON‘s Machine Vision cameras are small and sturdy. Due to their outstanding performance characteristics, they are efficient tools for monitoring the fastest motion processes. Even if conditions are odd (e.g. limited space, difficult lighting conditions, variations in temperature, vibrations), MIKROTRON‘s Machine Vision cameras are ideally suited for optical control. Errors can be identified reliably and defective processes corrected. A targeted control and optimization of automated processes raises efficiency and assures high quality in a way that costs can be reduced.
The EoSens® CXP high-speed cameras bring an incredible combination of speed, resolution, and responsiveness. We have expanded this series to include two high-definition, light-sensitive camera models:
The EoSens® 12CXP+ and 25CXP+ feature a PYTHON sensor by ON Semi, a new-generation image sensor with photosensitivity of 5.8 V/lux*s @ 550 nm. Even in low-light conditions, the cameras deliver high-contrast, sharp images.
The EoSens® 25CXP+ captures 80 frames per second at 25-megapixel resolution. The EoSens® 12CXP+ version captures 165 images per second at 12-megapixel resolution. This high resolution, combined with advanced image enhancement features and impressive speed, allow you for example to acquire even the smallest details of components in fast PCB assembly.
Featuring a CXP-6 CoaXPress® interface, the series transfers data volumes of up to 25 GBit/s in real-time. This bandwidth enables high-resolution images, precise triggering, and immediate evaluation and processing. The cameras can be connected to the host system using standard coax cables.
The EoSens® 1.1CXP has a very high frame rate. Therefore the resolution is smaller but the sensor is very performant.
The EoSens® 1.1CXP2 is the first CoaXPress standard version 2.0 of the EoSens® generation. This CoaXPress standard version 2.0 offers various new functions and is also backward compatible with CoaXPress. The CoaXPress 2.0 link is capable of supporting a data transfer rate of up to 50 GBit/s with four CXP-12 connections.
Equipped with a high-speed CMOS sensor, the EoSens® 1.1CXP2 offers an outstanding speed of 3,600 fps.
The EoSens® 2.0CXP2 also has the CoaXPress standard version 2.0 of the EoSens® generation.
Both CXP2 cameras are available.

The EoSens® FIBER cameras bring an incredible combination of speed, resolution, and responsiveness. Another benefit of the cameras is their ultra-slim design. The size was reduced to 80 x 80 x 53 mm, allowing them to integrate easily into existing production lines, machinery or moving equipment.
The EoSens® 3FIBER operates at 566 frames per second at 1,696 x 1,710-pixel resolution and takes advantage of the integrated fiber interface.
The EoSens® 4FIBER operates at 563 frames per second at 2,336 x 1,728-pixel resolution.
The combination of an interface protocol and a flexible, proven, high-speed fiber interface in a small high-speed camera offers many advantages for the user:

The EoSens® CL series captures high-quality images at extremely high frame rates. At 3 megapixel resolution the EoSens® 3CL delivers 285 frames per second. Frame rates as high as 181,000 frames per second are possible at reduced resolution. The EoSens® 25CL+ operates at 31 frames per second, full frame.
Its robust Camera Link® interface transmits up to the full configuration Deca mode of 850 Mbytes per second. The EoSens® CL is available in Full and Base Camera Link® configuration. The EoSens® 3CL and EoSens® 25CL+ come in Full variant.
The series features image manipulation functions including multiple ROI‘s, arbitrary ROI shapes, FPN correction, and an Extended Dynamic Range feature.

The EoSens® GE high-speed camera captures images with 1,280 x 1,024 pixel resolution at 81 frames per second. At reduced resolution the frame rate can be increased to up to 15,290 frames per second.
The camera uses the GigE Vision® interface that is found on all modern computers and servers, allowing integrators to plug and play the camera into existing systems. Multiple cameras can easily be connected to the same computer and the same port using switches. Cable lengths of up to 100 meters are possible with no frame grabber required.
The EoSens® GE allows four individual ROIs. Additionally, through two selectable steps, the camera's dynamic range can be enhanced to 90 dB. The pixel exposure can be accumulated up to seven times. The optimally exposed image can then be selected for further processing.
